Who we are

Information we collect
- When you contact us: the name, email, phone number (optional), and message you submit through our contact form.
- When you browse: standard analytics data — pages viewed, general location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected via cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your messages, understand which content and events resonate so we can promote them better, and run and improve the website. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic and which events draw interest. It sets cookies that collect anonymized usage data. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on , or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
Services we rely on
We share limited information with trusted providers only as needed to operate the site. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Analytics — website traffic analytics.
- RunSignup — handles event (5K) registration off-site.
- PayPal — processes donations off-site.
Donations and event registrations are completed on RunSignup and PayPal directly — we never see or store your full payment details.
Your choices
- Opt out of analytics cookies as described above.
- Ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you by emailing tristatevmf@gmail.com.
Children
Our site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
